Our 1 Hour Drop In is a practical check-in service for dogs that need a little extra care, company or attention while you’re unavailable.
This is not a dog training session. Instead, a member of the P2F K9 team will visit your dog at their home or usual walking environment to make sure they’re settled, comfortable and have everything they need.
The hour can be used around your dog’s normal routine and may include:
- Checking your dog is happy and settled
- Feeding where required
- Refreshing water
- Toilet breaks
- Spending time with your dog
- A short walk or time in their usual outdoor environment
- General welfare checks
- Following reasonable care instructions provided by you
The longer visit is particularly useful for dogs that need more than a quick check-in or would benefit from some company and activity while their owner is away.
For dogs already known to P2F K9 Training Academy, it also means their visit is carried out by someone familiar with handling dogs and the standards of care we expect.
Please note: Drop Ins are a care and welfare service and do not include structured training or behavioural work.
